Application of Terms and Conditions
Access to the About Tack website (the website) is governed by these terms and conditions, and by using the website you will be bound by them. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and if you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Please note that the terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and you will be bound by those in force at the time of placing any order.
Ordering
We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail, and a contract between you and About Tack will be formed when your order has been accepted and items despatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged. Any items on the same order that are separately despatched will comprise a separate contract.
Pricing, Duty, Delivery
All our prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. If goods are ordered for delivery overseas, you will be responsible for any customs or import duty. All prices are confirmed in our order confirmation email. If we have quoted a higher price on our website we will charge you the lower amount and send you the product.
If our website inadvertently shows a lower price, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch, or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability of the relevant stock.
Goods damaged in transit
When you sign for your delivery from the carrier, please check that you are receiving the correct number of parcels your are signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, (Please quote your order number in all correspondence).
Goods lost in transit
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 2-3 working days from the advised date of despatch for standard delivery, 1-2 working days for express delivery option).
Product Availability
We try to hold stocks of our promoted products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, particularly in the case of high demand for a new product. If this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
Payment Process
CREDIT or DEBIT CARD- The fastest way to pay for immediate despatch (stock dependent). We accept all major credit cards (including Amex, Visa and Mastercard, but excluding Diners Club Cards), via RBS Worldpay. Cards are not debited until goods are despatched.
CHEQUE - Please allow 10 working days for you payment to clear. Cheques should be made payable to About Tack Ltd.
We accept online payments through a secure environment hosted by RBS Worldpay, for credit or debit cards, and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Returns
If you return an item to us within 14 days in original condition, complete with packaging, we will be happy to exchange the product for another of equal value, or refund you with the original price. Please note that refunds will be processed securely onto the card with which payment was made, via RBS Worldpay, and this process can take between 5 - 30 working days.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us, and you will be responsible for the cost of return. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our office. An exception to this is where goods are faulty, in which event you must contact us prior to returning any goods.

Hygiene Regulations
We are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974) due to the Health and Safety regulations, and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing.
Use of the Website
When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential, and you accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe your account information has become known to someone else, or that your account is being misused please contact us immediately.
When registering your details, please ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct. Please advise us as soon as possible if these details change, or if you would like your details removed.
About Tack reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.
We are unable to add or amend orders after you confirm your order by completing the six-step checkout process. During this process you will have the opportunity to review and amend your order.
The contents of this website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our written consent.You may copy or print details in order to use the website, while connected to the Internet and you may, on a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive basis, create a hyperlink to the website’s home page. However, please be considerate with this use. Be aware that if the link portrays us or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner, you will be required to remove it.
You may not use any AboutTack logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without our express written consent.
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.
Liability
We will always endeavour to give you helpful and honest advice, but the decision to purchase an item ultimately lies with the customer and we cannot be held responsible for any consequences relating to any products purchased from this website.
